Position: HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST We are on the lookout for a well-rounded HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST to contribute to our operational and strategic priorities. Responsibilities Include: Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and ensure ongoing data quality and compliance. Champion DEI initiatives and embed inclusive practices across all HR processes. Design and implement employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and a resolution-first approach. Build HR dashboards and metrics to track attrition, engagement, and headcount. Coordinate performance management cycles including goal setting and annual reviews. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and offer management. Advise managers and employees on HR policy interpretation and employment regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a solid understanding of Indian labour laws and compliance.
