Position: Senior Accountant We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused Senior Accountant to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Core Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses for management. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax requirements. Support month-end and year-end close processes with accurate and timely journal entries. Support treasury activities including cash management and financial risk assessment. Prepare and file TDS returns, GST returns, and statutory filings within timelines. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulators. Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and provide financial insights for investments. Conduct ratio, trend, and cost-benefit analysis to support management decisions. Minimum Qualifications: Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Proficiency in financial modelling, Tally/SAP/Oracle, advanced Excel; CA/CMA preferred.
