Manage working capital optimisation including DSO, DPO, and inventory turnover. Lead relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for credit facilities. Provide financial leadership on cost reduction, margin improvement, and profitability. Manage transfer pricing policies and intercompany transactions in compliance with regulations. Ensure robust internal controls, SOX compliance (if applicable), and risk management. Develop financial risk frameworks and implement hedging strategies for currency and commodity. Support business development with pricing models, bid evaluations, and feasibility studies. Professional Requirements: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions.
