Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business challenges. Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
