Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity through validation and governance frameworks. Develop and validate machine learning models ensuring scalability and production readiness. Design and maintain end-to-end data pipelines, ETL workflows, and analytical models. Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to provide clean, reliable analytical data. Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve complex business challenges. Skills and Qualifications: Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Strong command of Python, R, SQL, and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
