Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Monitor KPIs and provide analytical insights to support management decisions. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Qualifications and Requirements: High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
