Leads employee engagement initiatives and attrition management programs. Manages payroll processing and coordinates with finance for salary disbursement. Handles employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management. Supports diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for the organization. Prepares HR MIS reports and analytics for senior management. Manages HR information systems and HRMS tools for workforce data. Stays updated with labor law amendments, pharma industry HR benchmarks, and HR tech.
