Manages end-to-end talent acquisition for pharma manufacturing and commercial teams. Develops HR policies aligned with pharma industry standards and labor laws. Manages employee lifecycle including onboarding, appraisals, and separations. Implements learning and development programs for field force and plant staff. Manages compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, PF, ESIC, and labor laws. Coordinates GMP-mandated training programs for manufacturing and QC staff. Leads employee engagement initiatives and attrition management programs. Manages payroll processing and coordinates with finance for salary disbursement. Handles employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance management. Supports diversity, equity, and inclusion programs for the organization. Prepares HR MIS reports and analytics for senior management. Manages HR information systems and HRMS tools for workforce data. Stays updated with labor law amendments, pharma industry HR benchmarks, and HR tech.
