Position: Service Manager (Full-time) We invite a proactive and capable Service Manager (Full-time) to lead and execute within a collaborative, agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Participate in strategic planning and contribute to departmental roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Ensure timely delivery of all assignments while maintaining highest quality standards. Develop and execute departmental strategies aligned with organisational goals and priorities. Maintain documentation and uphold organisational policies and compliance standards. Represent the department in cross-functional forums, workshops, and leadership reviews. Review workflows to identify gaps and recommend evidence-based solutions. Identify process improvement opportunities and lead efficiency enhancement initiatives. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant digital tools.
