Position: Digital Marketing Analyst, Audience Engagement We are currently recruiting a results-oriented Digital Marketing Analyst, Audience Engagement to strengthen our high-performing team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, cross-functional team in a results-oriented culture. Role Responsibilities: Execute data-driven PPC and display advertising campaigns with clear KPI ownership. Optimise landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates across campaigns. Plan and manage end-to-end digital campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic. Produce compelling content across formats including video, infographic, and long-form. Build influencer marketing programmes aligned to brand values and target audience. Develop community engagement strategies to grow and activate brand social audiences. Develop email programmes with strong segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing. Manage affiliate, partner, and co-marketing programmes to drive qualified traffic. Education and Experience Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, and web analytics platforms.
