Ensure high-quality visuals while meeting tight deadlines. Apply creative problem-solving to overcome technical challenges. Keep up to date with industry techniques and software updates. Assist junior artists and provide guidance when required. Strong artistic eye for composition, color, and perspective. Ability to take direction from supervisors and adapt quickly. Experience 23 years preferred; freshers with strong portfolios welcome. Passion for cinematic storytelling and animation is essential.
