Oversees entire visual effects pipeline from pre-production planning to final delivery on film and television projects. Collaborates with directors and cinematographers to plan VFX-friendly shots and on-set requirements. Manages a team of artists across compositing, 3D, and simulation departments. Reviews and approves VFX shots at various stages including previz, blocking, and final composite. Establishes technical standards, naming conventions, and production workflows for the team. Communicates directly with clients and studios to manage expectations and revisions. Solves complex technical and creative challenges that arise during production.
