Scope of Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Competencies and Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
