Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Required Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
