Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
