Position: RN Nursing Supervisor We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated RN Nursing Supervisor to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities Include: Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Skills and Qualifications: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry.
