Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Required Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
