Position: RN Nursing Supervisor We seek a dedicated and solutions-focused RN Nursing Supervisor to join our cross-functional, high-performing team. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Qualifications and Requirements: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
