Responsibilities Include: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility.
