Scope of Responsibilities: Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
