Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Competencies and Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
