Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Required Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
