Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Qualifications and Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
