Position: Chief of Staff Doctor We are expanding our team and seek a driven Chief of Staff Doctor who brings expertise, initiative, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Qualifications and Requirements: Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
