Role Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
