Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Required Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
