Position: Registered Nurse/ Pediatric Recovery Room We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Registered Nurse/ Pediatric Recovery Room to deliver excellence across key functions. Core Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Minimum Qualifications: Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
