Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Required Qualifications: Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting.
