Scope of Responsibilities: Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
