Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
