Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
