Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Key Skills and Qualifications: Advanced competency in analytical tools, reporting platforms, and role-specific technology. Leadership experience with a track record of guiding teams, projects, or cross-functional initiatives. Effective presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity. Recognised qualification in the relevant professional field at the undergraduate or graduate level. Critical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate insights into clear actions. 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progression in scope, complexity, and responsibility. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
