Scope of Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
