Responsibilities Include: Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Skills and Qualifications: 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
