Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Essential Skills and Experience: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality deliverables. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
