Scope of Responsibilities: Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Competencies and Qualifications: Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
