Scope of Responsibilities: Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
