Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Required Qualifications: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
