Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Education and Experience Requirements: Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
