Position: REGISTERED NURSE-BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - PC # 20761 : Groups/ Admission / Discharge Nurse in Acute Units A1 , B1, and other BHS Units We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented REGISTERED NURSE-BEHAVIORAL HEALTH - PC # 20761 : Groups/ Admission / Discharge Nurse in Acute Units A1 , B1, and other BHS Units to deliver excellence across key functions. The incumbent will operate in a structured yet agile environment that prioritises quality and professional growth. Scope of Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Competencies and Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
