Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Required Qualifications: At least 24 years of hands-on experience in a comparable professional setting. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools specific to the functional area. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
