Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
