Position: Customer Health Care Concierge Join our forward-thinking team as a Customer Health Care Concierge and play a pivotal role in our continued success. Key Deliverables and Responsibilities: Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Professional Requirements: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
