Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications are an added advantage.
