Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
