Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Qualifications and Requirements: Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Demonstrated proficiency with industry-standard tools, platforms, and methodologies. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
