Responsibilities Include: Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Skills and Qualifications: Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline with strong academic and professional credentials.
