Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualised care plans. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Professional Requirements: A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Demonstrated teamwork skills and the ability to build trust and rapport across functions. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
