Role Responsibilities: Provide high-quality patient care in alignment with clinical protocols and safety standards. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Education and Experience Requirements: Minimum 35 years of progressive professional experience in a comparable role. Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and matrix organisational structures. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven, dynamic environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is essential. High degree of professionalism, integrity, and alignment with organisational values. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
