Scope of Responsibilities: Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Maintain compliance with NABH, clinical governance, and healthcare regulatory standards. Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Competencies and Qualifications: Commitment to ongoing professional learning and industry knowledge enhancement. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with a client-service orientation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to synthesise and present complex information clearly. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
