Monitor patient progress and escalate concerns to senior clinical staff appropriately. Stay current with evidence-based clinical guidelines and continuing medical education. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic patient outcomes. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Administer treatments, medications, and therapeutic interventions as prescribed. Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and health management. Skills and Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all organisational levels. Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, or quality frameworks applicable to the industry. A structured, results-driven approach with the ability to meet defined milestones consistently. Hands-on experience with tools, software, and platforms standard to the profession. Willingness to travel, adapt, and take on additional responsibilities as the business demands. 26 years of relevant industry experience with evidence of increasing responsibility. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
