Document patient interactions, clinical findings, and care plans accurately in EHR systems. Support the training and mentoring of junior clinical and paramedical staff. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and peer review processes. Ensure the safe handling, storage, and disposal of medical supplies and equipment. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree aligned with the role's core responsibilities. Superior writing and communication skills with experience preparing executive-level documents. Expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative methods to support evidence-based decisions. Collaborative, proactive, and able to operate effectively with minimal supervision. Strong project management capabilities with experience in agile or structured methodologies. 4+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record of growth and professional impact. Valid clinical registration, licensure, and knowledge of NABH and healthcare regulatory standards.
